yes.it is helpful to make u sleep well while raining.adequate rain is good for crops and plants. whereas,it may cause a lot of problem,outdoor industries must be stop.buses,cars and trucks run slow than normal due  poor visibility, so traffic jams always happened,you will pay more attention to your shoes avoiding water,spend more time to wait public buses....
